ORDER TURN-AROUND TIME: Most of our barcode products are automatically emailed straight away provided Payment is received. Please check your junk mail if you haven’t received them, and then contact us (because our emails are automated they sometimes get blocked by spam filters, particularly if you are using a Hotmail email address). If you ordered an EAN-13 or UPC-A barcode number or barcode package it will be delivered straight away. ISBN barcodes, EAN/UPC barcode images, and ITF-14 Carton Codes are also delivered straight away. Our other products need to be manually created before we send them, therefore the turnaround time for those products is 12-24 hours during business days. If you don’t receive your product within 24 hours please check your junk folder and then contact us.
